Tyson Roselyn provides independent business support and identity verification services through the Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) framework. References to Companies House, GOV.UK, HMRC, or other government organisations are for informational purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

02Agreement to Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

03Our Services

Tyson Roselyn Accountants acts as a third-party agent to prepare and submit filings to Companies House on your behalf. We are not affiliated with Companies House or HMRC. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all filings.

04Payments

All fees for our services are due at the time of order. This includes our service fee and any statutory fees required by Companies House, which are passed on directly.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Companies House statutory fees are non-refundable once submitted.
  • VAT is applied where applicable per UK tax law.

05Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or from your failure to file on time if not caused by our direct error. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in question.

06Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Respond to our requests for additional documents in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable UK laws and Companies House requirements.

07Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
