Once we file the AD01 form, changes typically appear on the Companies House public register within 2 to 4 hours during working hours. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours for the register to reflect the update.
Can I use a PO Box or virtual office address as my registered office?
PO Boxes are not acceptable as registered office addresses. However, a virtual office or registered office service (like the one we provide) with a physical address is perfectly valid and widely used by UK companies.
Do I need to notify anyone else apart from Companies House?
Yes. HMRC needs to be notified separately (we handle this as part of our service). You should also update your bank, business insurers, any regulatory bodies relevant to your industry, and key suppliers or clients.
What if I'm moving to a different country within the UK?
