We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our service fees. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of the service fee portion of your payment.

02Filing Fee Non-Refundability

Please note that the statutory fee paid to Companies House (e.g., £34 for a Confirmation Statement) is non-refundable once the filing has been submitted, as this fee is collected on behalf of the government.

03Approval Guarantee

If your filing is rejected by Companies House due to an error on our part, we will correct and resubmit the filing at no additional cost.

If we are ultimately unable to get the filing approved, you will receive a full refund, including the Companies House fee.

04How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
• The email used at checkout
• A brief reason for the refund request

05Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date, or for services already fully delivered and accepted by Companies House on your behalf, may not be eligible for a refund. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
