Terms of Service
The rules of engagement when you use our services. Clear, fair, and written so anyone can understand them.
Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions
Tyson Roselyn Accountants provides independent business support and identity verification services through the Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) framework. References to Companies House, GOV.UK, HMRC, or other government organisations are for informational purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Agreement to Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Tyson Roselyn Accountants acts as a third-party agent to prepare and submit filings to Companies House on your behalf. We are not affiliated with Companies House or HMRC. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all filings.
Payments
All fees for our services are due at the time of order. This includes our service fee and any statutory fees required by Companies House, which are passed on directly.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Companies House statutory fees are non-refundable once submitted.
No VAT is added to our fees: the price you see is what you pay. Companies House and other government fees are shown separately where they apply.
Saved cards
When you pay for an order, you agree that we keep the card you pay with on file, held securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store the full card number.
That card becomes the main card on your account. We may charge it, without you being present, for fees you owe on your orders, such as a Companies House fee, a balance left unpaid, or extra work you have agreed to.
We email you before taking any payment you have not just made yourself, with the amount and what it is for. We never charge your card for anything you have not ordered or agreed to.
You can add another card and choose which one we use in your account. You cannot remove your last working card; add a new one first, then remove the old one.
If you think a payment was taken in error, contact us and we will look into it and refund any amount taken by mistake.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or from your failure to file on time if not caused by our direct error. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in question.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Respond to our requests for additional documents in a timely manner.
Comply with all applicable UK laws and Companies House requirements.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Strong businesses are built on strong financial foundations. Our role is to give you the clarity, control, and confidence to make better decisions today, and build for what comes next.
