Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Here's exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
Introduction
Tyson Roselyn Accountants ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details (including company name, number, and financial data) when you fill out our forms or use our services.
Identity data: name, date of birth, ID document images
Contact data: email, phone, billing and registered office addresses
Business data: company name, company number, director and PSC details
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, usage data
Payment data: the card you pay with is held by Stripe, our payment provider. We only see the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, never the full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Keep the card you pay with on file as your main card, as you agree at checkout, and charge it for fees you owe on your orders. We email you before taking any such payment. See the Saved cards section of our terms of service.
Communicate with you, including sending confirmations and updates.
Improve our website and services.
Comply with legal obligations.
Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures, including SSL encryption, to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or servicing you (like Companies House and our payment processor, Stripe), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at support@tysonroselyn.com.
